1. Housing Estate swimming pools checking and cleaning once or twice a week. (Depends on customer's need)
2. Free replacement of general contactor, timer and general fittings of switch panel. (3 Phases Starter is excluded)
3. Free additional swimming pool cleaning once after typhoon.
4. Checking on the accuracy of timer and adjustment will be made if necessary.
5. Exhaustive clean-up of pumps' silt separator.
6. Pumps and Sand Filter degassing, Sand Filter backwashing and pressure checking.
7. 24-hour free emergency repair for any malfunctioned facilities which will be attended to within 2 hours upon notice from the housing estates.
